Q: Can I sell my house while I am in foreclosure?
A: YES. Until the bank buys the property back at sheriff's sale, the
property is yours and yours alone. You will be told by some real
estate agents that you can not sell your property, but this is only
because they do not perform short sales and they do not know how to
free up enough equity to get your house sold.
Q: What is a Short Sale?
A: A short sale is when the bank agrees to allow a homeowner to sell
their property for less than is owed on the mortgage. When you
bought your house you showed the bank all the resources you had to
buy and afford the property. Now that you are in foreclosure you
will need to show the bank why you can not afford to make the
payments on your house. We are here to guide you through this
process.
Q: What are the advantages of listing my house with your FLAT FEE SERVICES PROGRAM?
A: When we see that you are offering your house For Sale By Owner,
we begin to mail you offers to list your home on the MLS for a flat
fee which allows you to choose the commission you will pay the
buyer's side agent. If you are knowledgeable enough to sell your
house yourself, we can offer you our basic services and you can have
your house listed in the MLS for Realtors to sell their clients your
property.
