OUT OF STATE SERVICES
Have you moved out-of-state and left your property vacant here in

FORECLOSURE SOLUTIONS
When you can no longer afford to pay your mortgage, your
lender will begin to foreclose on your property. If you do nothing,
it will end up being auctioned at a sheriffs sale. If you list your
house for sale with us we will work with you to do a short sale on
the property and sell it before the bank does.
We list your house for sale in the MLS, or Multiple Listing Service,
so people will begin to view your property.
FLAT FEE SERVICES
If you've decided to sell your property For Sale By Owner
you will at some point get mailings from us offering our services.
For a low flat-fee, we list your house in the Multiple Listing
Service (MLS) that we Realtors use to sell properties. This will
give you a lot more exposure than "by owner" type websites, because
we have rules about taking properties off the MLS that are no longer
for sale or have sold. You decide on a commission that you will
offer the Realtor that sells your house, and you set the
appointments for buyers to see your property. Once you have
accepted an offer, you hire an attorney and they help you follow the
